Biggest Healthy Habit I Disagree With

If there is one thing I disagree with about getting healthier is that you should give up everything you love.

Getting healthy isn’t about giving up but rather gaining. Gain self-control and eat your favorite snacks on cheat days and in moderation. Gain awareness and search how you can make your own favorites at home using healthy ingredients instead. You’d be surprised with what you’ll find!

I for one absolutely love pizza, but I have learned that making it on your own at home is not only fun but amazing because you know exactly what is going into your belly. Go to your local grocery store and pick out some organic veggies and cheese and have fun adding different ingredients to your pizza.
